Draw the line.

I am a liquid liner junkie. I've been using it ever since I was 16 and now, I'm 23. Over the years I've used many different brands of liquid liner.
As of now, my favorite liquid liner choice is Sephora Collection's Liquid Eyeliner.
It is a great deal, ringing in at only $10.
It has bold, rich pigment and has a thin felt tip applicator which allows for maximum control when drawing your line.
This may not be the liquid liner for you however if you are searching for something waterproof. However, it stands up to sweating, heat, and even tears. Like any non-waterproof liquid liner, it will smudge if it's wet. However, it provides vibrant color and in my opinion, looks great!
