An Introduction

Style. According to Webster, style is "a distinctive manner of expression, custom of behaving, or way of conducting oneself."
I like Webster's definition because it doesn't limit the scope of what style is and what it may encompass. In my opinion, style is a lot more than the clothes you wear, the haircut you have, or the car that you drive. Style is something that starts with how you feel about yourself and ends with how you let your feelings shape the way that you live.
The development of my style has been shaped strongly by seeing what types of styles are out there. It's hard to figure out what is truly you if you haven't allowed yourself to try many different things.
Creating personal style isn't something that happens overnight and the best thing about it is that it it can change anytime and in any way. Modeling elements of your style off of certain patterns is unavoidable but trying something out and making it your own; that is something that everyone should strive to do.
So dive in, enjoy and here's to an ever constant evolution of style!
